Korey Pimental joined the Strategic Partnerships team in April 2025. His work with SWE spans both institutional and individual giving. Across the nonprofit sphere, he has worked in operations management, development, communications and marketing, and education. He was named a 2024 Fellow with the American Fundraising Professionals’ Chicago chapter.
He holds an MFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University, and a dual BA in English Literature & Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
In addition to his work with SWE, Korey maintains an active career as a theatre artist, including directing, producing, coaching, and disability consulting. Korey is also a published facilitator, having co-authored learning modules and courses on disability justice and its intersections.
