Rosalie Kapanga has a background focused on international relations and political science. Her passion is travel, which is apparent in her previous positions around the world. Prior roles include Assistant to the Department of Homeland Security in the American Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria, Assistant Community-Liaison Officer at the American Embassy in Accra, Ghana, Communications Intern at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold, and Corporate Development Analyst at Lundin Mining. She also has an interest in helping disadvantaged communities both in the United States and around the world. SWE has been a great way for her to fulfill these passions and expand her interests in the non-profit sector.
