Shannon Metts Collins is the Manager, Membership and Data Management for SWE. Shannon is a skilled program and membership manager with more than seven years of experience in the non-profit and association industry. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the non-profit sector, as well as a passion for member engagement at all levels. As an integral part of the membership team, Shannon is focused on members’ experiences, from payment and service support, to acknowledgement of anniversaries and utilization of the SWE Mentor Network. Shannon has a BFA in Acting from Missouri State University.
Shannon lives on Chicago’s northside with her husband and three cats. She can often be found drinking coffee, watching musicals, playing DND with her friends, or traveling around the country.
