Tiffany Swanigan is the Director of Membership and Data Management at the Society of Women Engineers. In this role Tiffany leads a team of dedicated professionals who support SWE members and is responsible for annual membership growth and retention strategies, local section and affiliate support, volunteer management, event registration and member communications. Additionally, Tiffany serves as the primary liaison to the Member Engagement and Leading Coaching Committees and works closely with partner organizations on joint membership initiatives.
Tiffany holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) accreditation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and brings over 15 years of association-based experience with strength in member growth and organizational development.
