SWENext Resources

To improve the representation of underrepresented groups in the engineering and technology workforce, we need to increase the interest of those students to become engineers. One way to do this is by encouraging pre-college students to join the Society of Women Engineers’ SWENext program to build self-confidence and critical thinking skills and develop a STEM identity.
