Claudia Callegari is a senior solution consultant for IBM with more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of innovative technical and business solutions for clients across Latin America, leveraging her expertise in cutting-edge technologies, particularly cognitive solutions, to drive success in strategic deals.
Based in Argentina, Callegari is known for her collaborative leadership style. She works closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that address their specific challenges. She has a proven track record of successful outcomes, positioning her deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to design and implement solutions that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Within IBM, Callegari serves as a mentor and role model to many women who are looking for career development and technical skills growth. She has also served as an IBM academic ambassador, promoting skills at academic institutions. She served in the IBM Corporate Service Corps on a four-week assignment at Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia, empowering students and teachers with knowledge about the global workforce and necessary soft skills in an era of globalization.
Callegari loves motivating women to pursue careers in STEM fields, and she dedicates a significant amount of her time to this cause. She introduces programming concepts to young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds and creates guidebooks about internet safety that address the online risks girls face. For her contributions, Callegari received IBM’s Most Influential Individual Recognized for Sharing Their Expertise award.
Beyond the world of IT, she has collaborated through the IBM Community Engagement Volunteer Rewards program to secure a grant for the Cura Brochero Transit Home, a nonprofit organization that assists homeless people. Callegari, a member of the Society of Women Engineers, holds a B.S. and an M.S. in computer science both from the University of Buenos Aires.
