At SWE, we’re dedicated to supporting women engineers at every stage of their careers. The Reentry Hero Program is tailored to help women returning to the workforce after a career break. This program equips you with the tools, resources, and strategies you need to confidently transition back into your professional journey.

- Reentry Hero Program Format
Reentry Hero is a virtual cohort-style program running from August to March, with monthly sessions that include a mix of group discussions and peer coaching circles. Applications open in June.
To ensure you get the most from the program, you’ll be asked to complete pre-session reflections in preparation for each meeting.
