In this capacity, the committee reviews complaints made by SWE members regarding potential violations of SWE&#8217;s Member Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n<p>The Ethics Committee also ensures that the Member Code of Conduct and Procedure is implemented and followed consistently and objectively. The committee provides a review of complaints, including investigation, determines changes, and recommendations to the Board of Directors on actions to be taken, as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you have a question, concern, or formal complaint, you may contact the <a href=\"mailto:ethics-chair@swe.org\">Ethics Committee directly<\/a>.
