Rachel McQuillen, P.E., joined SWE in 1989. She is project principal/office manager for Stanley Consultants’ Salt Lake City, Utah office. She is a senior transportation engineer with over 20 years of experience and is a professional engineer in five states.
Her expertise is in public involvement for transportation projects, where she combines her engineering and communications skills. McQuillen is responsible for Stanley Consultants’ marketing and sales for government and commercial projects throughout Utah.
She is also active in the American Public Works Association Utah Chapter. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Society of American Military Engineers. McQuillen helps support her husband, Scott, to pursue a home-based woodworking business and enjoys spending time with her two sons, Corbin and Cullen.
