The directions below will show you how to renew your membership with SWE. This process takes about 5 minutes. Disclaimer: Sometimes the website is busy and pages take a few moments to load, please wait for the page to load and do not hit refresh. To return to a previous page, select the “Back” button at the bottom of each page.

STEP 1:
Log in to your SWE account portal. Navigate to https://portal.swe.org/s/login/?startURL=%2Fs%2F. Your username is the email address associated with your SWE account.
STEP 2:
On the left-hand side under your name, scroll down and select “My Payment Notices.”

STEP 3:
If you have a renewal order on your account, you will see the option to “Pay Now”. If you do not and you are not shown as paid through the current fiscal year, then scroll to the top of the page and select “Join SWE Here” and click here to follow the join instructions instead.

STEP 4:
Notes:
- To edit your shopping cart, click on “Shopping Cart” on the top, left-hand corner.
- To enter a Company code or Discount code, use the box highlighted on the right below and click “Apply.” Please do not select auto-renew if you will be using an ESM code to join. If you enter a code and your Order Total does not update, email membership@swe.org for support.

- Your Membership & Section Assignment will be processed at the same time.
- You will receive your membership receipt via email.
- You may select to view and download your receipt right away in the page post-payment or go to your membership portal > Orders > All Orders to select and download your receipt.
