Donna Sy is passionate about building systems and places that nurture human connection and community formation. As SWE’s primary CRM administrator, she maintains the core Fonteva-centered Salesforce system and its integrations such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) that enable SWE’s professional, pre-college, and global division teams to serve a rapidly growing, diverse, and active membership.
Donna holds seven Salesforce certifications and came to SWE with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit and educational technology, including stints at UC Berkeley, Princeton, Columbia, Rare Book School at the University of Virginia, and the Southern Environmental Law Center. She first encountered SWE when she was a student at Harvey Mudd College and is proud to help advance SWE’s vision of a world with gender parity and equality in engineering and technology.
