Kevin Thomas (he/him) is the Director, Learning Programs for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Kevin’s responsibilities include overseeing the learning programs area, supporting SWE’s IACET accreditation, aligning SWE’s learning programs with existing and upcoming grant needs, managing the eXXec program, identifying programmatic gaps and opportunities for growth, and developing related internal and external partnerships.
Away from work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and kayaking. He holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) accreditation from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
