In this interactive, podcast-style virtual session, Deepika Sidana, Senior Engineering Manager at American Express, will be joined by Kamila Kalchakeeva, Software Engineer at American Express, for an open and candid conversation about thriving in the first five years of an engineering career.
Drawing from 14 years of industry experience, Deepika will share reflections on what she did right, what she would approach differently, and how early-career decisions compound over time as engineers progress into senior and leadership roles.
