Many women in engineering reach a point where, on paper, everything looks right, yet something still feels off. The role is prestigious. The trajectory makes sense. The expectations have been met. And yet the sense of fulfillment does not always follow.
In this interactive session, we will explore why success can feel misaligned for high-performing women in STEMM and what you can do about it. Drawing on her experience as an aerospace engineer, executive coach, and author, Cassie Leonard blends personal stories with evidence-based models to help participants recognize common sources of friction in technical workplaces and develop language for naming them. Together, we will reflect on how definitions of success evolve over time and consider practical, sustainable ways to navigate careers with greater clarity, alignment, and longevity.
You will leave with language and practical frameworks to better understand misalignment, redefine success on your own terms, and navigate your career with greater intention.
