Breaking the Mold: Empowering Authenticity and Preventing Burnout

It doesn’t matter how much you accomplish, how far you get in your career, or how many awards you receive if getting there leaves you burned out and a shell of a person. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the signs and root causes of burnout, including imposter syndrome, difficult work places, difficult bosses, and stage of life (motherhood and perimenopause, we’re looking at you). Burnout is preventable when you know the signs that it’s time to make a change. Empower yourself to recognize those signs and take action!

BIO: Tara holds a BSc. in Geological Engineering, a MSc. in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. She has 28 years experience in geotechnical engineering and 20 years in dams.

After burning out in year 20 of her career, she realized she was wired for something very different, and after an intense spiritual awakening found that Human Design gave her the permission she needed to re-write all the rules she had been following that led to burnout. These days she supports women in re-imagining their careers in a way that’s sustainable so that they can stay out of burnout, feel calm and in control of their future.
