Championing Inclusion: Strategies for Precollege Educators in a Shifting DEI Landscape

As national and local policies increasingly challenge DEI initiatives in precollege education, precollege educators are navigating how to continue fostering inclusive, equitable learning environments. Join this exclusive SWE member session to explore the evolving DEI landscape and equip educators with strategies to support students and advocate within their schools.

Led by Nicola Mohan and members of SWE’s DEIB Advisory Group, this session will include a 30-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of open Q&A. Topics will include:
– The current DEI climate
– Supporting students affected by DEI rollbacks
– Resources and support available through SWE
