The SWE Advance Learning Center has many educational opportunities available across experience levels and backgrounds, and this session will highlight how organizations can leverage content for group education and networking as well as supporting individual employee development.
This 30 minute Lightning Lesson session will cover how two different companies have approached using the Advance Learning Center and highlight employee benefits and feedback. It will also offer insights and practical advice for how organizations can begin to better utilize the Advance Learning Center for education and reinforcement of various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives while also using post- session discussions to drive conversations and help enable networking.
