In her role she oversees all site functions—manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, HR, finance, and EHS—ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
This live interview with audience Q&A will provide a sneak preview of her upcoming keynote at WE Dublin, “Acknowledging the Saboteurs – Leading with Courage, Vulnerability, and Vision.” We’ll discuss a few of the topics she will explore further at the event, including building individual development plans and the significance of quality conversations with managers.
