How can I make sure that I and my recommender receive emails from the SWE Scholarship System? What if my recommender has not received any emails?

Add a filter to your email account allowing emails from help@mykaleidoscope.com and  scholarships@swe.org.  For recommenders, please encourage them to do this before you enter them as a recommender. Recommenders will receive an email with the subject line “You have received a recommendation request!” from help@mykaleidoscope.com.

Also confirm that you have submitted the recommender email address correctly.  You may want to suggest that they copy and paste the password into the appropriate login box to minimize errors.
