Scholarship funds are sent by SWE’s scholarship system, Kaleidoscope. Funds will be sent via ACH and checks are mailed if ACH is unavailable. Scholarship funds are paid in full to the recipient directly beginning in September. Exact payment dates/timelines are subject to change year to year.
