SWE Around the World

We have built a network of both women and girls who support one another and are keen on growing both personally and professionally.

We seek to build an environment where women can develop soft skills, such as leadership, proactivity, communication and teamwork.

We have made an impact on STEM education in our local community, mainly young high school students, with our SWENext events.

As graduate studies can be a lonely time, we have focused on building as many connections between our members as possible.

Connecting with other community members has helped women in our community land jobs in their field.

We have worked with high school students through engineering camps, career awareness programs, and radio talk shows. This has increased the number of engineering students at various universities around the country.
