DiscoverE
DiscoverE is a coalition that works to provide every student with a STEM experience and the resources, programs , and connections to improve the understanding of engineering through a united voice and a global distribution network. SWE will serve on the Advisory & Diversity Council sharing resources and knowledge to develop and build more equitable engineering ecosystems. As the backbone organization, DiscoverE will provide opportunities for recruiting and engaging SWENexters in programs like Engineers Week, Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, Persist Series, Future City Competition, and Chats with Changemakers.

First Robotics
The FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a global nonprofit (501 (c) (3)) organization that prepares young people for the future through a suite of inclusive, team-based robotics programs for ages 4-18 (preK-12). As a SWE partner, FIRST will bridge the gap for students, particularly girls by recruiting and bringing awareness to the SWENext program and providing opportunities for both SWE members and SWENexters to engage in building equitable FIRST teams that can participate in regional and global competitions through SWENext Clubs.

Girl Scouts
Girls Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA) is a tax-exempt charitable and educational organization that is dedicated to building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Since women continue to be underrepresented in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math, collectively referred to as “STEM”, and given the importance of STEM, Girls Scouts is committed to offer high-quality, multi-year and progressive STEM programs that result in girls’ increased interest, confidence, and competency in STEM. As a SWE partner, GSUSA will work to build connections between SWE Sections and Affiliates and local Council leadership. Collaborating on shared programming and events for girls while encourage volunteerism and SWENext participation through resource development and distribution across networks.

REC Foundation
The Robotics Education & Competition Foundation (RECF) sparks interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by engaging students in hands-on, sustainable, and affordable curriculum-based robotics programs. As a SWE partner, RECF will aim to collaborate to promote, recruit and engage pre-college students to join SWENext, particularly with funding and accessible, inclusive initiatives like SWENext Clubs and RECF's GirlPowered program.
