Air Products India, in collaboration with SWE Vadodara Affiliate, recently held a seminar cum webinar titled “Success Strategies – Women Leadership for Sustainable Growth.” The event took place at the Air Products Vadodara office on Friday, April 26, 2024.
The hybrid session aimed to transform challenges into opportunities with a focus on promoting sustainable growth within organizations. Thanuja Thota, SWE Global Ambassador, kicked off the event by welcoming the participants and sharing the journey of Air Products India with SWE. She also introduced the webinar’s topic and the esteemed speaker.
Paul Robichaud, SWE Managing Director, followed with an insightful presentation on SWE’s initiatives and services dedicated to empowering women engineers.
The highlight of the event was a powerful talk by Rajiv Kumar Sharma, Manager of Project Engineering Management at Air Products. His discussion inspired participants to break stereotypes about women in leadership roles, transform challenges into opportunities, and implement success strategies for sustainable growth.
Dhanashree Paradkar, Head of Human Resources at Air Products India, also shared her thoughts on the importance of women’s presence in leadership roles. She presented the vote of thanks to the participants, expressing gratitude for their engagement and contribution to the event’s success.
