A two-day STEM workshop was held at BEADS Tembea Academy, Kajiado for 98 attendees in September 2022. The workshop included hands-on activities such as photography, graphics design using Adobe Photoshop, introduction to electronics, and mentorship on STEM career choices and transition to university. The girls were thrilled with the activities, and the workshop inspired them to consider careers in STEM.

A mentorship event was held at Loreto Limuru Girls High School in October 2022, in partnership with the Young Aviators Club of Africa, to introduce the girls to careers in the aviation sector. SWE Nairobi participated by conducting a panel discussion on STEM careers in aviation.
