Every career path is unique – shaped by academic background, professional strengths, and personal preferences – but we will often face common challenges and similar choices. The lessons learned by others provide valuable references and advice on key questions such as:
- How have experienced STEM professionals navigated their journeys?
- How did they evaluate their options and overcome obstacles?
- What mistakes have they made that you can avoid?
