SWE is looking for Europe-based presenters for our upcoming online Inspiration Sessions.
Have you experienced the value of diversity in action? Or do you have lessons learned from your own career that you’d like to share? We’re open to a wide range of ideas, for example:
- A case study of how a diverse team approached challenges in innovative ways
- How you overcame an obstacle in your career path
- A framework or method you think helps diverse teams achieve great results
- How you approach and evaluate key career decisions
How would it be presented?
- Live online session of approx. 45 minutes
- SWE will provide a host/moderator for introductions and facilitating the Q&A
- You provide a core presentation of +/- 15 minutes, then a dialogue with the host followed by audience Q&A
- The session will be promoted via SWE’s social media channels, European newsletter and later available on demand
- A preparatory call with the SWE team and host will be organised
- Timing of the session arranged together with the you and the host
