Meet the Speakers
Stacy Mallon, Site Lead, Global Capabilities Centre Wolfspeed
Stacy Mallon is Site Lead at Wolfspeed’s Global Capabilities Centre based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She is responsible for building and leading the Global Capabilities Centre to deliver digital capabilities, enterprise shared services and intelligent technical solutions to the Wolfspeed
organization. She is also responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Global Capabilities Centre to drive scale and efficiency improvements aligned with business needs.
Stacy also plays a global role in Wolfspeed as part of the Senior IT Leadership team implementing strategic digital transformation initiatives to support Wolfspeed’s technology vision, future growth and global operations.
Stacy has experience in a diverse set of roles across several industries. Before joining Wolfspeed to set up and lead the Northern Ireland Operation she spent a number of years working in senior roles in financial services. She was Director, Infrastructure and Security at Vela Trading Technologies for 10 years where she was responsible for infrastructure and security for the company globally. She has a solid engineering background having previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer before joining NYSE Euronext and working as a Financial Engineer prior to that.
With high energy and motivational style of leadership, Stacy builds inclusive, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results. Passionate about technology and people, she combines both to create
continuous innovation and improvement to drive change and provide individuals with an environment in which they can come together to achieve, grow and develop.
Stacy holds a MSci Mathematics and Computer Science from Queen’s University Belfast.
Neslie Attar-Goode, Services and Lifecycle Consultant, Motorola Solutions
Neslie is a 25+ year professional from Motorola Solutions, which is leading the way in public safety telecommunications. She graduated in France, with a Microelectronics and Automatics Engineering master degree, but has always worked abroad, first in England and for the past 19 years in the United Arab Emirates.
She started her professional journey as an intern and has developed her career from system integration, to system engineering, before reaching engineering management and leadership positions. A couple of years ago, she decided to tackle a new challenge in the Services sector as a lifecycle consultant.
Neslie has always been passionate about optimisation and knowledge sharing enablement. During all her career, she has been a strong advocate for STEM and women as leaders in general, is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion champion and is co-chairing the Women in STEM EMEA chapter of her company.
Aside from work, you'll find her engaging in environment projects from climate change awareness to ocean sustainability, and helping her children's school with their francophone program setup. Her friends and colleagues would say that she is passionate, energizing and generous.
