Meet the Speakers

Claudine Schmuck, Founder and Managing Director of Global Contact
Claudine Schmuck is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Contact, a management consulting firm that advises CEOs and decision-makers on innovation, ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), and change management. She is also an expert to the European Commission in the context of FP7 and FP8 programs. Since 2008, under her leadership, Global Contact has conducted the Gender Scan, a global survey on gender balance in STEM, supported by leading global corporations such as Lenovo, the Orange Group, Engie, and international networks like SWE.
Ms. Schmuck began her career at the Cabinet of the Ministry of Industry, Research, and Trade in France. She later joined McKinsey Consulting in New York, where she managed and organized global seminars on the globalization of mass media. For a decade, she taught ICT at CELSA Paris IV Sorbonne and authored two books: Introduction to Multimedia (1995) and Women in STEM Disciplines (2017).
Ms. Schmuck holds a degree from the Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris and a master’s degree from Columbia University. She is a founding member of the European Professional Women’s Network and European Women in Leadership.

Vitória Acerbi, Gender Scan Program Manager at Global Contact
Vitória Acerbi is the Gender Scan program manager, conducting data analysis and research on gender equality in education and in the workplace. Having studied in the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and at the University of Salamanca, she worked afterwards in research networks, consulting firms and international organizations in Europe and Latin America and published numerous research pieces, notably articles and book chapters.

Marine Rabeyrin, EMEA Education Segment Director at Lenovo
As the EMEA Education Segment Director, Marine Rabeyrin is leading Lenovo strategic focus to bring smart and sustainable solutions for Education across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
She has been working in the PC industry and IT solution for 20 years, first at IBM then at Lenovo. She is very much involved in promoting Diversity & Inclusion in Tech industry and most particularly in Artificial Intelligence and the promotion of STEM careers for girls. She is leading different national and international cross-companies initiatives like the Women & IA Pledge from Cercle InterElles. She was honored to receive the “Sales Women of the industry” award in France in 2020.
