Ashley joined SWE in August 2022 as the Global Programs Coordinator. She works closely with the Global Ambassadors and Affiliates,
supports global communications, and global project initiatives. Prior to joining SWE, Ashley worked at FIRST – a non-profit dedicated to inspiring youth through STEM robotics programs. She brings over 11 years global non-profit management, process improvement and program operations expertise. She is excited to continue to dedicate time to improving career outcomes for women in STEM and focused on expanding the reach of offerings globally.
Ashley has her B.A in English Studies. She currently resides in New Hampshire where in her free time she can be found doing all things creative, exploring the outdoors with her family, and volunteering when she can for women’s and girl’s local non-profit organizations.
