SWE sends a bi-monthly newsletter highlighting all events to SWENext participants at the beginning and middle of each month. If you would like your event highlighted, please fill out this form by the deadlines below.
- Submit by 20th day of the month for highlight at the end of the month (target 30th of each month)
- If you need to promote an event that happens before the 20th please submit it for the previous month’s newsletter.

Each month, women engineers serving on the SWENext Programs and Outreach Committees send newsletters directly to SWENexters, and adult advocates and educators. Specific to students’ grade level, the K-8 and 9-12 newsletters contain STEM career and education advice, including the SWEet Wisdom column, scholarship tips. and SWE announcements for upcoming awards and programming.
Adult advocates, parents/guardians, educators and counselors, and outreach practitioners! If you are looking for STEM educational tips, workshops, events, and resources to support outreach initiatives for SWENexters in their local STEM Community, you can sign up for the Adult Advocates Newsletter!
