Gadeer Jaber is the Senior Coordinator of Financial Services at the Society of Women Engineers. She joined the SWE team in February 2020 and is responsible for overseeing several aspects of the organization’s financial services, mainly involving accounts payable. The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. She also provides administrative assistance across the office. Before becoming a SWE staff member, Gadeer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Saint Xavier University. During her time at Saint Xavier, Gadeer co-founded and led the Financial Management Association as President and managed a Medical Transportation Business.
