Kevin Thomas (he/him) is the Associate Director, Learning Programs for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Kevin’s responsibilities include overseeing the learning programs area, supporting SWE’s IACET accreditation, aligning SWE’s learning programs with existing and upcoming grant needs, managing the eXXec program, identifying programmatic gaps and opportunities for growth, and developing related internal and external partnerships.
Kevin brings a wealth of demonstrated success in adult learning and program design and is a thoughtful leader with a diverse and varied background. He has worked in training and development in the nonprofit and public sectors, including the International Association of Assessing Officers, the State of Kansas, and the U.S. military.
Away from work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, and kayaking. He holds a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
