Paige is a Realistic-Optimist and People Partner with extensive experience helping organizations thrive by creating both strategy and compliance around people practices. Creating a healthy and sustainable organizational culture fills her cup. She is a Midwesterner through and through (Hey, Milwaukee!). When she’s not thinking of new ways to prepare potato dishes, she likes to spend quality time with her husband, two dogs, and figuring out just how to balance being a first-time working mom.
