Eirini Kostelidou
Associate Project Manager at E-mobility, ABB
Eirini, who was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, earned her first master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Continuing her studies, she earned her second master’s degree in Energy and Products from IFP School, the École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs in Paris.
Eirini moved from France to the Netherlands five years ago, where she started working in the electric mobility sector. She was able to advance from the roles of a charge-point operator to the side of a hardware supplier and an end-to-end mobility provider. The past two years, Eirini has focused on energy management solutions and global framework agreements, from the scope of project management.
Eirini is also the External Affairs core team member of IDEA employee resource group, cultivating an open culture in ABB Netherlands. She is dedicated to bringing more women in the E-mobility sector and making it more diverse and inclusive.
One of her greatest professional achievements is creating, from scratch, the R&D lab the company would use in order to test and validate charging stations.
Eirini loves traveling, doing yoga and playing volleyball. On rainy days, she enjoys a good mystery book or a feel-good movie. Her motto is ‘Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus’.
Sangita Devshi Goraniya
Sr Materials and Logistics Supervisor, Honeywell
Sangita is a new mother to a toddler girl, with the work history of 9 years at Honeywell Aerospace on 3 diverse job roles. She is an Aerospace engineering postgraduate, who holds 3 other engineering qualifications from Kingston University, London. Sangita was raised in India and travelled to London to fulfill her childhood engineering dream. Innovations are part of her life, through both work and collaborations at home in discussions with her engineer husband and little toddler. To Sangita, learning, sharing, and inspiring is ultimately very fulfilling.
